Our Mission

Litco LSO was created to improve the lives of lawyers and the teams that support them by transforming the legal industry for the better. It’s not right that so many invest so much time and effort to pursue a love of the law, only to find out that as a career it can be stressful, unfulfilling, and unrewarding. It doesn’t have to be that way. Law firms can be great places to work. Putting people first doesn’t mean sacrificing profit. Lawyers can realize the true value of the practices they build.
